Bintan, The Campus Based on Revelation Based on Science – The Center for Research and Community Service of STAIN Sultan Abdurrahman Kepulauan Riau held a Monitoring and Evaluation Meeting for the Mid-Seminar of Litapdimas Year of 2024, in Balai Titah Meeting Room, on Friday 27 September 2024.
This activity was attended by the Chairperson of the Service Reviewer Committee Aris Bintania, M.Ag, Member of the Service Reviewer Committee Dr. Muhammad Faisal, M.Ag, Head of Academic General Administration and Finance Dr. H. Imam Subekti, M.Pd.I, Commitment Making Officer Rika Wahyuni, S.Kom., M.AB, Head of Internal Supervisory Unit Sella Kurnia Sari, M.Sc, Research and Community Service Centre Team, as well as Lecturers who perform Service in 2024.


The Chairman of STAIN, Dr Muhammad Faisal, M.Ag, underlined the importance of budget absorption which should have reached 100%. He also emphasised that research and service must be in line with government policies, especially on issues of poverty, stunting, malnutrition, and economic welfare as a form that research and service programmes are running according to plan and committed to government goals.
Meanwhile, the Head of AUAK, Dr H. Imam Subekti, M.Pd.I, reminded all activities to adhere to the existing guidelines. He highlighted the finding that some campuses did not show progress. He emphasised the need to adjust standards between SBK and SBM.
Vice Chair I, Aris Bintania, M.Ag, provided input on the importance of logbook uniformity and an explanation of the achievements and obstacles faced during the service. He hopes that the logbook report can better reflect the processes that occur.


The PPK Treasurer, Rika Wahyuni, S.Kom., M.AB, emphasised that by now, the absorption should have reached 60% and suggested adding measures based on performance realisation, not just the budget. She also reminded that financial reports should be returned to the servants if there are any problems.
The Head of Internal Supervisory Unit, Sella Kurnia Sari, M.Sc, emphasised the need to procure consumable office stationery (ATK) and prohibited the purchase of items that could become assets. Finally, Abd. Rahman, M.Sos, Head of the Centre for Research and Community Service, suggested that the servants consult more often with PPK and SPI, considering that this service is based on the input cost system (SBM) which requires more attention in terms of reporting. This activity is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of research and service programmes within STAIN Sultan Abdurrahman Kepulauan Riau. [ ]
